• Experience: 3+ years of recent professional nanny experience with children of similar ages.
• References: Stellar feedback from at least 3 previous long-term employers in a similar role. 
• Background: Spotless criminal history and driving record.
• Safety: CPR & First Aid certified or willing to complete before hire.
• Commitment: Ability to commit to the family’s timeline.
• Local: Must reside in the Greater Seattle Area.
• Payroll: Comfortable with W2 employment and payroll processing.
• Driving: Safe and reliable personal vehicle required, unless otherwise stated in the job description.
• Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communication: Prompt and professional communication skills. 
• Enthusiasm: Genuine love for children and families.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic family environments.
• Discretion: Utmost confidentiality and respect for the privacy of families.
